Return & Refund Policy

7-day easy returns on eligible products.

We want you to shop with confidence at Grozaro. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within the window below.

Return window

  • 7 days from the date of delivery to raise a return request.
  • Requests received after 7 days cannot be accepted unless required by applicable law.

Eligible for return

  • Product is unused, in original condition, with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
  • You have the order number and proof of purchase (email confirmation or account order history).
  • Item is not listed as non-returnable on the product page (e.g. hygiene-sensitive or final-sale items).

Not eligible for return

  • Products used, washed, damaged, or missing parts/packaging.
  • Items marked non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Free gifts or promotional items unless returned with the main product.
  • Damage caused after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.

How to request a return

  1. Email info@grozaro.com with subject Return request, or use our Contact Us page.
  2. Share your order number, product name, quantity, and reason for return.
  3. Attach clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  4. Our team will confirm eligibility and share pickup/reverse-shipping instructions within 1–2 business days.

Return pickup & shipping

  • Approved returns are picked up by our courier partner from your delivery address where serviceable.
  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, we may ask you to ship the product to our return center; reasonable shipping costs may be reimbursed for approved returns.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.). Bank processing may take an additional 3–10 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer/UPI to the details you provide.
  • Original shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).

Exchanges

We currently process returns and refunds rather than direct exchanges. To get a different variant or product, place a new order after your refund is approved, or contact us and we will guide you.

Cancellations before delivery

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch as described in our Cancellation Policy.
