Shipping Policy
How we deliver orders across India.
At Grozaro, we work to get your order to you safely and on time. This policy explains shipping charges, delivery timelines, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.
Free shipping
- Free standard shipping on prepaid orders of ₹499 and above (after discounts, before payment gateway fees if any).
- Orders below ₹499 may have a shipping fee shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery areas
We currently ship to serviceable pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, checkout will not allow you to complete the order for that address.
Processing & dispatch
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
- During peak sale periods, processing may take an extra 1–2 days; we will notify you if there is a delay.
Estimated delivery time
- Metro cities: approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Other locations: approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates from our courier partners and may vary due to weather, festivals, remote locations, or carrier delays.
Shipping charges
Any applicable shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and delivery pin code. The final amount is always shown before payment.
Order tracking
Track your shipment anytime on our Track Your Order page using your order number and registered email or phone.
Damaged, missing, or wrong items in transit
If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing/wrong items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box, shipping label, and product. Email info@grozaro.com or call +91 8735057117.
Undeliverable / RTO orders
If a courier cannot deliver after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us (RTO). We will contact you to confirm whether you want a re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund as per our Returns & Refunds policy.
